Women’s circles in Kent
Women’s circles near Canterbury and across Kent
Good food, gentle yoga, a sound bath and the company of kind, like-minded women. Come on your own and leave with new friends.
Why I started
I know how it feels to be the new one
At university back home in Kazakhstan, making friends always came easily. I was lucky to have a wonderful circle of women around me.
When I moved to England, it was different. My circle shrank to my husband’s friends, and I missed having women of my own to laugh with, eat with and be myself with. I know I’m not the only one: moving somewhere new, becoming a mum, or just getting busy with life can leave any of us feeling a little alone.
So I created the circle I was looking for. A warm, welcoming space where like-minded ladies can come together, enjoy good food, move gently, rest in a sound bath and simply enjoy each other’s company. If being kind to yourself and your body sounds like your cup of tea, that’s what unites us.

A warm welcome
Arrive, settle in with a cup of tea and meet the other women. No pressure, no awkward introductions.
- 02
Gentle yoga
Slow, kind movement and breathing to help you let go of the week. Every pose can be adapted to suit your body.

A sound bath
Lie back, get cosy and let calming sounds wash over you. Many women say it’s the most rested they’ve felt in ages.

We finish by sharing good food and conversation. This is where the friendships start.

Good to know
Women’s circle questions
What is a women’s circle?
A women’s circle is a small, relaxed gathering where women come together to slow down, look after themselves and enjoy each other’s company. Mine combine good food, gentle yoga, a sound bath and plenty of time to talk, or simply to be.
Do I have to talk or share anything?
No. There’s nothing you have to say or share. Some people love to chat, others prefer to listen and rest, and both are completely welcome.
Is it religious or spiritual?
No. My circles aren’t a ceremony or a ritual. They’re about friendship, kindness to yourself and feeling good: good food, gentle movement, a calming sound bath and great company.
Can I come on my own?
Yes, and many women do. I started these circles because I know how hard it can be to make friends in a new place. Come on your own and leave with new friends.
Do I need any yoga experience?
Not at all. The yoga is gentle and every pose can be adapted, so you can make it work for your body, whatever your age, fitness or experience.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you lie down comfortably while calming sounds wash over you. Many people say they feel lighter and calmer afterwards. If you’re pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, tinnitus or sensitivity to sound, please let me know before you book.
Where are the circles held?
In welcoming venues near Canterbury and across Kent. Each circle’s details, including the venue, time and price, are shown when dates are announced.
How do I hear about the next circle?
